Insecurity

I'm sick and tired of having to deal with insecure people at work. These are the people who do not feel secure about their work capabilities, their relationships nor their looks. They try to deal with their insecurity by putting other people down, or by borrowing and twisting other people's words.

Putting other people down does NOT make you out to be a better person.
Using the words of others to say what you think does NOT make the statement justified!
