Booked!

Just booked my tics to Tokyo in October...it was too good a deal to miss out on...S$499 on Northwest, with taxes that's just S$552! And not even with a GV2 condition attached! Anyway, the only hitch in the whole purchasing process was their refusal to accept a space in the 'first name' entry of my credit card details. Gawd, that's SO christian-name centric! Don't they realize by NOW that not EVERYONE on the face of this earth has a christian name?? Anyway, I had no choice but to enter only the first word of my first name. Better call the NW office tomorrow to re-confirm the booking...

Uhm...this is what makes working worthwhile. I hope all the friends reading this blog (whether I know you or not) understand how I feel! ^O^

Tomorrow (or rather today.. is it already past midnite?) is qchan's solo album release date! \(^^)/
Two days later I will receive the qchan album plus mucc's homura re-release (yep, i was a sucker and pre-ordered it in the end..)! \(^^)/

Then reality strikes...5 more days till the release of my June exam results. Looking forward to that, in a way. Come what may, I just want to know what I should do the rest of the year...till the next exams in December. I've thought about it: if I need to take anything less than 3 subjects in December, I'll stay at the job. If I need to take 4 exams, which would also mean it's the final 4 papers, I'll be swaying more towards quitting my job before year-end. If it's 3 papers in December, then...then, it'll be 50-50. Will have to see which 3 papers they are.

In other news...;)

Went for my first acupuncture session yesterday. How was it? Well... the most awkward part was when the doctor stuck that one needle on top of my head. I could feel the initial pain, but after that it was this strange suppressing-sort of sensation on my head. Can't quite describe it. Wasn't stinging, just as if someone who had a really sharp finger was pressing gently on my head. Does it make sense?? Anyway, there were three other pins at the sides of my head, two on my hands, and quite a number along my legs. Felt a bit like an oversized voodoo doll.

My headache did clear up later in the night. Interesting thing that the doctor pointed out to me was that I happen to have abnormally large veins on the left-top side of my head. Didn't notice these veins before until the doctor asked me to feel them and compare them to the veins on the right side of my head. Wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that i always seem to have left-sided migraines??? Worrying-ne..

Don't ask me why, but this was another one of those scenes that made me laugh non-stop again!!! >_<;;; Don't know why??!! It's not even like... really funny-funny???! Am I too deprived of people around me saying funny things??! Yep, as you can tell, it's a scene from the mega-long Rose series adapted by Taiwan TV from Akemi Yoshimura's manga of the same name. Heh. I *hearts* the ��character.. *smiles crazily* Please don't judge me by the things I watch...hahahahaa...*laughs crazily while I log off Blogger...*
