Zero to Hero
Phoenix TV did an excellent analysis of the recent 'furore' surrounding Singapore, China and Taiwan, turning Singapore's supposed position an entire 180-degrees around. Excellent, clap, clap, clap.. At the time of blogging, it's not online yet, but it'll probably be up in a few hours' time, under �m�ɨƶ}�n. Highly recommended reading (though it's still best to catch it on TV!) This is definitely what I call media of substance! (as opposed to the weak analyses we often find on local channels..even for non-politically-charged issues...bleah)

in comparison, i think the media back here has been shielding us from the entire news, which is a shame. The same piece of news has been on front lines of China and Taiwan newspaper for at least the past week.....but there has been close to nil coverage back here.....really dun understand what's the logic behind it.
